Is Your Dealer Authorized?

Authorized Dealers of Pond Owner Equipment

July 4, 2013 – It has come to our attention that there are many pond owner equipment vendors who market themselves as dealers of pond owner equipment when in fact they are not authorized by the manufacturers to do so.

The major problem with this is that you may find yourself stuck with old inventory from a branded manufacturer that is not eligible for warranty.

To avoid this from happening always make sure that the dealer you are purchasing equipment from is an authorized dealer of the company’s product you are buying.

Another way to make sure that you are buying products from an authorized dealer is to contact the manufacturer themselves. They will be happy to direct you to an authorized dealer or let you know if your dealer is authorized.

Pond aeration equipment is an excellent example of dealers in the marketplace who promote many brands of products but are only an authorized dealer of one. They try to lure customers in with a specific brand of product and then sell them another type that they stock or do have a authorized dealership for. Don’t get caught buying pond owner equipment from a non-authorized dealer or you may find yourself with a non-supported warranty free product.
